RCB won high Voltage Match Vs LSG

Lucknow Super Giants vs Royal Challengers Bangalore, 43rd Match 

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) pulled off an 18-run win against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in a low-scoring match on Monday. Bangalore posted 126/9 after winning the toss at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow and bundled out LSG for 108 in 19.5 overs. With this, RCB avenged the defeat at the hands of Rahul Brigade on 10th April. Krishnappa Gautam (23) scored the most runs for LSG. Apart from him, no player from Lucknow could touch the figure of 20. Amit Mishra (19), Krunal Pandya (14), Naveen Uhl Haque (13), Marcus Stoinis (13), Ayush Badoni (4) and Deepak Hooda scored one run each.

Opener Kyle Mayers’ account did not open. Captain KL Rahul did not get to start the innings due to injury. He came to bat after nine wickets fell but returned to the pavilion unbeaten without scoring any runs. Josh Hazlewood, Karn Sharma took two wickets each for RCB while Mohammad Siraj, Vanindu Hasaranga, Harshal Patel and Glenn Maxwell took one wicket each.

Earlier, RCB captain Faf Duplesey and star player Virat Kohli batted slowly. Duplessi scored 44 runs in 40 balls with the help of 1 four and 1 six. Kohli played an inning of 31 runs in 30 balls through 3 fours. Both added 62 runs for the first wicket. Dinesh Karthik contributed 16 runs in 11 balls. Apart from these three, no RCB player could cross the double figure. Maxwell (4), Anuj Rawat (9), Prabhudesai (6), Mahipal Lomror (3) did not bat. Naveen Hal Haq took three wickets for Lucknow. Ravi Bishnoi and Amit Mishra took two victims each.
