Arjun played his second game for the Mumbai Indians. In his first game, he only bowled for two overs. In his second game, the captain Rohit Sharma asked him to defend 20 runs in the final over, which was a difficult task. But Arjun did it successfully and helped his team win. Later, Mumbai Indians shared a video of Arjun bowling a perfect yorker during practice which was similar to the one he bowled to take his first wicket in the match.

Last year, Tendulkar junior had changed his state side from Mumbai to Goa in search for regular opportunities in domestic cricket. Later in the year, Arjun smashed a century on his Ranji Trophy debut, scoring a strong 120 against Rajasthan. He has taken 12 First-Class wickets, 8 List A wickets, and 13 wickets in the shortest format in domestic cricket so far.

MI have won third one on the bounce. SRH would be gutted as they lost several key moments. Markram, Klaasen and Sundar’s dismissals were so ill-timed. They started poorly as well. But recovered as Agarwal batted better. Markram looked in fine touch as well but got out. Klaasen came in, brought the rate down but again perished when it seemed that SRH were looking to get ahead in the game. Jansen and Sundar played cameos but it needed to last a few more balls. Sadly that didn’t happen for SRH. MI have moved to number 6 in the points table. SRH are on 9th. But credit to MI for winning the key moments. The execution of the yorkers were fantastic by the pacers. The catching was clean. The run-out of Sundar almost clinched it as well. MI have roared back and they have three wins back-to-back.

Cameron Green | Player of the Match: I think first couple of games were a learning curve for me and our team. Bit of a sticky situation (when I walked out to bat). But glad the plans came off. I am a work in progress with my bowling at the death. Obviously, we can continue with the winning momentum.
